It's here! Pick up colors and formatting without switching tools! While selecting objects or text, you can temporarily access InDesign's Eyedropper tool by holding down the Control + Option keys. This allows you to pick up formatting for objects or text without having to switch between tools using the mouse. Once the keys are released, you're back in the Text tool. Macintosh only.
